  • Jestem zadowolona z pobytu w hotelu Elko. Obsługa miła, w pokoju czysto.

  • Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit in allen Belangen. Ist zwar nicht die Toplage inmitten von Hochhäusern aber man hat es nicht weit zum Bahnhof und den beiden Supermärkten gegenüber. Für den Preis ok.

  • Das einzige negative war, das man bei einer bestimmten Kellnerin 10 Minuten auf sein Bier warten musste.

  • Velmi dobré chování a ochota personálu. Slušné ubytování, postačující vybavení pro krátký pobyt. Velmi dobrá kvalita stravování resp. snídaní.

  • Chybí výtah. Není zajištěn pravidelný úklid (vynesení odpadků). Chybí žárovka, nefunkční zářivka.

Prasklou žárovku jsme ihned následující den vyměnili(v noci to nebylo zcela reálné...), museli jsme koupit jinou.
O nefunkční zářivce nám nikdo nic nehlásil.
Výtah tu bohužel není a ani nebude, nejsme schopni to nějak zajistit.
Klientce jsem osobně nesla kávu na pokoj a se vším vyšla maximálně vstříc- jako vždy :-)
